Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science / Software Engineering, Front-End Developer or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work (dashboards, web, mobile, or product interfaces).
• Proficiency in design tools especially Figma. Knowledge in Illustrator, Adobe XD, or similar is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, with a balance between creativity and usability.

We are looking for a UI Designer to create engaging, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to bring concepts to life, ensuring consistency across digital platforms while aligning with brand identity.

• Design user interfaces for dashboards, web, mobile, and digital products that are visually appealing and easy to use.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, user flows, and research insights into polished UI designs.
• Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency of typography, color, spacing, and interaction patterns across platforms.
• Work with developers to hand off designs and ensure accurate implementation.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct UI quality assurance reviews to refine designs post-development.
