Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in PC sales, distribution, or technology-related sales roles.
- Strong network and established relationships in relevant sectors (government, private, service providers).
Skills / Knowledge
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic sales initiatives.
- Leadership and mentoring experience within a sales team.
- Proactive, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented with attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of people (both internal and external)
- Problem solving and decision making
- Actively listen to targeted customers' requirements and close deals.

Job Description
To drive sales growth, lead distribution strategies, and manage key client relationships for PC products. This role focuses on expanding market share, optimizing sales channels, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilites
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government and private sector clients.
- Expand distribution networks and strengthen partnerships with key resellers and service providers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their business needs.
- Negotiate and close strategic deals to enhance Onsor Technologies' market position.
- Foster long-term relationships with distribution partners, ensuring alignment on sales targets.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance on sales techniques and strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with R&D, Operations, and Marketing to optimize product positioning and market penetration.
- Ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth service delivery.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and recommend actions for growth.
- Analyze sales data, forecasting trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure best-in-class service delivery.
