Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital media.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing digital platforms and executing successful campaigns.
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).

Skills / Knowledge

  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret digital metrics.
  • Expertise in social media management, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • English (fluent written and verbal) – Mandatory

Job Description​

The Digital Media Specialist at Onsor Technologies will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence across all platforms, ensuring growth, sustainability, and effective positioning of Onsor as a global leader in technology. This role involves creating and executing digital strategies, optimizing Onsor’s digital footprint, and driving engagement across various online channels. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative campaigns that align with company objectives.


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilites

Digital Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of digital campaigns with the company’s marketing objectives and brand vision.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital media.


Platform Management

  • Manage Onsor’s digital presence across social media, websites, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize content for different digital platforms to increase reach and engagement.


Content Creation and Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.


Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Use data analytics to inform future strategies and optimize ongoing campaigns.


Brand Positioning and Growth

  • Enhance Onsor’s reputation as a technology leader through strategic digital initiatives.
  • Drive online audience growth and foster community engagement. 


Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact for digital media-related inquiries and issues.
