Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Sciences, or any related fields.
- +2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Proven portfolio showcasing design work and case studies that demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in Agile development environments.
Skills / Knowledge
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to conduct usability testing and interpret user feedback.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Arabic (fluent written and verbal) - Mandatory.

Job Description
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces such as dashboards, mobile apps, websites, etc. that meet user needs and enhance the overall user experience, while achieving business goals and improving performance.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilites
- User Interface Design:
- Develop user interface designs based on the requirements, research, and recommendations.
- Use design tools such Figma and/or other tools to create prototypes and final designs.
- Interaction Design:
- Design interactions and interactive patterns to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
- Usability Testing and Feedback:
- Conduct usability tests on prototypes to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for design improvements.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with software developers, product managers, and the creative team to ensure design alignment with technical, creative, and business goals.
- Keeping Up with Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and user experience technologies.
- Suggest designs and processes improvements based on current best practices in the field.
