Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects, architecting solutions, integrating systems, and deploying IoT/IT projects.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information System or any related field.

Skills / Knowledge

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management. 
  • Good understanding of IoT technologies, cloud platforms, data analytics, and cybersecurity. 
  • Proficiency in system design, architecture frameworks, and integration methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. 
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or similar are highly desirable.

Job Description

Solutions Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the Solution Architect and Deployment teams, managing projects from post-sale through to deployment to ensure the successful design, integration, and implementation of Onsor’s IoT solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and exceptional leadership abilities to drive project success and client satisfaction. ​

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilites


  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the Solution Architect and Deployment teams to achieve project goals and align with company objectives. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the teams. 
  • Project Management: Oversee the design and implementation of IoT solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and industry standards. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects by coordinating closely with project managers and other stakeholders.  
  • Technical Direction: Provide technical leadership and direction to the Solution Architect and Deployment teams. Make critical decisions regarding architecting, proposing and deploying projects. 
  • Quality and Standards: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in all deployment activities. Conduct regular reviews and audits of projects to ensure compliance with architectural principles and deployment best practices. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with broader company objectives. 
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in solution architecture and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process improvements and adopt new technologies.
