- Proven experience in managing relationships with international shipping providers and third-party logistics partners.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and inventory management best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of supply chain regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping laws, and local fulfillment operations.

Job Description
The Senior Logistics Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing inventory control and international shipping operations. Additionally, the role supervises local fulfillment to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods to customers. This position plays a critical role in optimizing inventory levels, managing global shipping logistics, and ensuring the effective distribution of products locally.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilites
- Inventory Management
- Oversee and manage Onsor’s inventory across multiple locations, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet operational needs.
- Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels, prevent overstocking, and reduce stockouts.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates, identify slow-moving stock, and develop strategies to optimize inventory usage.
- Ensure that inventory records are accurately maintained in the system and regularly reconciled.
- International Shipping Management
- Manage and coordinate international shipping operations, ensuring that products are transported from manufacturers and suppliers efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Work closely with shipping providers to negotiate rates, track shipments, and resolve any issues that arise during international transit.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and oversee the documentation required for import/export processes.
- Local Fulfillment Oversight
- Supervise local fulfillment operations, ensuring that orders are processed, packed, and dispatched in accordance with delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with third-party fulfillment providers to maintain service levels and improve fulfillment efficiency.
- Track local deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any issues related to delays or customer complaints.
- Logistics Process Optimization
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the international and local supply chain processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve shipping lead times, reduce logistics costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Recommend process improvements based on performance metrics and data analysis.
- Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local shipping providers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Evaluate the performance of logistics partners and negotiate favorable contracts to enhance Onsor’s logistics capabilities.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure that inventory replenishment is timely and cost-effective.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all international shipping and fulfillment activities comply with local and international regulations, including customs and import/export laws.
- Implement and enforce risk mitigation strategies to avoid shipment delays, losses, or damages.
- Stay updated on international shipping regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements affecting Onsor’s operations.
