Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 8+ years in operations with 3-5 years in leadership roles
  • Experience managing outsourced manufacturing and quality processes
  • Strong background in supply chain management and logistics
  • Experience with electronics or IoT manufacturing preferred

Skills / Knowledge

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen 
  • Effective negotiation and relationship management 
  • Process improvement expertise (lean or six sigma) 
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and operations management software
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites (20-30%)

Language Requirements

  • English and Arabic fluency (written and verbal)  Mandatory

Job Description​

The Product Operations Manager oversees manufacturing, quality management, logistics, and supply chain for Onsor's computing devices and IoT solutions. This role ensures operational excellence while maintaining the company's standards for innovation and quality. The position is responsible for developing strategies that optimize costs, streamline processes, and support Onsor's innovation-focused product roadmap.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Manufacturing Management

  • Manage contract manufacturing partnerships and performance
  • Coordinate new product introductions with manufacturing partners
  • Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement


Quality Management

  • Establish quality standards and oversee testing protocols
  • Manage ISO certification processes and IP registrations
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives across product lifecycle


Logistics Management

  • Oversee inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations
  • Optimize shipping methods and manage logistics partners
  • Ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery operations


Supply Chain Management

  • Develop supply chain strategies supporting innovation and growth
  • Manage strategic sourcing and supplier relationships
  • Implement risk management strategies for supply chain resilience     


Strategic Leadership

  • Align operational strategies with company's innovation objectives    
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency
  • Develop and manage operational KPIs and budgets
