Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of IoT and field engineering experience.
Skills / Knowledge:
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in installing, configuring, and programming various technical devices and systems, including sensors and related wiring. Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical diagrams and instructions. Familiar with the latest industry-specific technology and tools. Ability to ensure all components function together seamlessly as per the designs and plans specified by the Solution Architect.
- Strong technical skills with a detailed understanding of system hardware and software.
- Effective communication skills for explaining technical information to non-technical users.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical ability to handle onsite technical tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.

Job Description
To implement and activate solutions designed by the Solution Architect. And to ensure that all systems, sensors, and devices are correctly installed, configured, and functioning optimally at customer sites.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Installation and Setup: Deploy and set up equipment and systems at customer locations.
- System Deployment: Install and configure hardware, software, sensors, and other technical systems according to specifications provided by the Solution Architect.
- Device Programming: Program devices and systems to meet specific operational needs, ensuring they perform according to customer requirements.
- Wiring and Setup: Manage all aspects of system wiring and setup, ensuring correct and safe connections.
- Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance and address repairs as needed to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues during and after installation.
- Customer Training and Support: Provide comprehensive on-site training to customers, ensuring they understand how to use the systems and devices effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of all installation processes, adjustments, and customer interactions for ongoing support and future installations.
- Mentorship and Training: Guide, mentor, and train junior field engineers. Foster a team environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
