Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership to drive the growth, financial sustainability, and long-term success of Onsor Technologies. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO partners with the CEO to strengthen financial performance, ensure sound governance and compliance, and support operational excellence and sustainable value creation.

1- Strategic Leadership

·       Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with Onsor Technologies' strategic objectives.

·       Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

·       Support business expansion, new investments, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

·         Lead long-term financial planning to support business growth and innovation.

2- Financial Management

·       Direct all finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting activities.

·       Ensure timely and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.

·       Maintain effective internal financial controls and governance frameworks.

·       Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital allocation.

3- Budgeting & Financial Planning

·       Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

·       Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment opportunities.

·       Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic targets.

·       Recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

4- Business Performance

·       Develop executive dashboards and financial KPIs.

·       Monitor business performance and recommend corrective actions.

·       Support digital transformation initiatives through financial analytics and automation.

·       Drive cost optimization while maintaining operational excellence. 

5- Leadership & People Management

·       Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Procurement teams.

·       Build a high-performing finance function that supports innovation and growth.

·       Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

·       Partner with department heads to improve financial awareness and decision-making.

6- Treasury & Investment Management

·       Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.

·       Lead fundraising through debt, equity, grants, and government funding.

·       Evaluate investment opportunities and optimize capital structure.

·       Monitor foreign exchange exposure and financial risks.

7- Commercial & Manufacturing Finance

·       Support pricing strategies and commercial decision-making.

·       Oversee product costing and profitability analysis for hardware manufacturing and technology solutions.

·       Monitor project profitability across software, AI, IoT, and digital transformation projects.

·       Improve procurement efficiency and supply chain financial performance.

8- Corporate Governance & Compliance

·       Ensure compliance with Omani financial regulations, taxation, VAT requirements, and statutory obligations.

·       Lead internal and external audits.

·       Develop enterprise risk management policies and business continuity plans.

·       Strengthen corporate governance and financial compliance across the organization.
