Job Description
The
Marketing & Events Administrator will support the growth of NEXA by
planning, organizing, and executing strategic events such as medical
conferences, exhibitions, and industry engagements.
This role focuses on building brand presence through real-world interactions,
ensuring NEXA is positioned as a credible, medical-grade, and innovative
technology brand. The role will also support broader marketing activities
aligned with NEXA’s positioning and target audience.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Events
& Conferences (Primary Focus)
• Identify and evaluate relevant medical, technology, and wearable industry
events
• Plan and coordinate NEXA’s participation in conferences, exhibitions, and
forums
• Manage end-to-end event execution (logistics, booth setup, materials,
coordination)
• Work with internal teams to prepare demos, prototypes, and presentation
content
• Coordinate with external partners, organizers, and vendors
• Ensure brand consistency and professional representation at all events
• Capture insights, feedback, and leads from events and report outcomes
Marketing Support
• Support the execution of NEXA’s overall marketing strategy
• Assist in preparing marketing materials (presentations, brochures, event
visuals)
• Contribute to messaging aligned with NEXA’s positioning (medical-grade,
predictive, human-centered)
• Coordinate with the design team for visuals and assets
• Support content preparation for events, announcements, and campaigns
Market & Industry Awareness
• Research trends in medical wearables, health tech, and AI-driven
healthcare
• Track competitor presence and positioning at events
• Identify opportunities for NEXA to participate in high-impact platforms
