Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Hardware Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware, with a focus on schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware validation. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative engineering environment.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Design and develop schematics using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent
- Support PCB layout, stack up definition, and design rule checks (DRC)
- Assist in component selection and BOM preparation
- Work closely with senior engineers during design reviews
- Support hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging
- Maintain accurate design documentation
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or academic projects accepted)
- Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of signal integrity, power distribution, and EMC/EMI
- Ability to read datasheets and technical documents
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and test equipment
- Exposure to high-speed or impedance-controlled PCB design is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn
