Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia
Design, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a similar
creative role.
• Proven ability to create visual assets for multiple platforms and audiences
(social media, digital campaigns, presentations, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles, creativity, and
execution across different formats.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout
principles.
• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality, consistency, and visual
storytelling.
Language Requirements
• English (fluent written and verbal) – Mandatory

Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, high-quality, and brand-aligned designs across social media, digital campaigns, product visuals, presentations, and other marketing materials. This role supports Onsor’s marketing objectives by ensuring consistent visual identity, strong audience engagement, and effective communication of the brand’s value proposition through impactful design.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Develop
visually engaging and impactful designs for social media platforms in line with
Onsor’s brand identity and communication objectives.
• Create clear, compelling, and audience-focused visual assets for product
promotions, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Design email templates, newsletters, and other marketing communications to
support engagement and outreach activities.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, layout, and brand elements across all
design outputs in alignment with Onsor’s brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to produce designs that are
both visually appealing and strategically aligned with messaging.
• Adapt designs to suit different channels, target audiences, and campaign
objectives while maintaining quality and relevance.
• Review and refine designs as needed to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high
production standards.
• Support the development of marketing and communication materials that
strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
