Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, with experience in tech or digital-focused projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc, and familiarity with graphic designing principles.
- Strong portfolio and proven ability to design innovative and responsive visuals for social media, infographics, illustrations, motion graphics, and ensure brand consistency and creativity.
- Experience working and collaborating in cross-functional teams and designers.
Skills / Knowledge
- Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with attention to detail.
- Creative storytelling to convey brand narratives and ideas visually.
- Strong artistic background with the ability to blend creativity and strategy in design.
- Expertise in branding and identity design, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand values.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organization skills to plan and execute marketing projects and initiatives.
- Effective communication skills adaptable for interacting with team members, upper management, strategic partners, and clients.

Job Description
A Graphic Designer at Onsor is playing a crucial role in creating visually compelling brand guideline and designs across digital and print media, collaborating with cross-functional teams, develop graphics for websites, manuals, marketing materials. Besides the responsibility ensure brand consistency while contributing to a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Design Creation
- Implement and enhance Onsor brand guidelines, ensuring their consistent application in different design applications.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of projects, including graphic designs, animations, posters, social media graphics, booklets, manuals, presentations, proposals, etc.
- Produce high-quality visuals for digital/prints, ensuring they meet project objectives.
- Brand Consistency
- Ensure visual content aligns with the brand guidelines, personality, and messaging.
- Collaboration & Feedback Integration
- Work closely with Onsor Design Studio team, commercial teams, and the R&D
- Adapt and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate on design-related brainstorming sessions and suggest improvements.
- Ensure consistent and accurate file naming when saving projects to maintain organization, streamline collaboration, and facilitate easy retrieval and version control.
- Continuous Improvement
- Seek opportunities for improvement in both technical and soft skills, fostering personal growth and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the creative output.
