Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing commercial team. BDR will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and partnering closely with sales and marketing to move deals forward. This is an ideal role for someone who loves the thrill of the pipeline and wants to grow a career in B2B sales or strategy.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential customers, target accounts, and identify key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and assess product fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in the CRM system- Asana
• Quality inbound leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and support deal progression.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach activity and qualified opportunities
• Collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and target markets.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Support presales activities by preparing tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to address prospect needs
• Gather and document technical and business requirements from prospects to help shape solution recommendations.
• collaborate with senior sales and technical teams to answer prospect questions and demonstrate product fit during the presales stage.
