Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in services management, or IT system administration
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required.
- Strong knowledge in Python programming
Skills / Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of subscription models, licensing frameworks, and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with ERP system management (Odoo preferred) and IT support processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to handle both customer-facing and technical responsibilities.

Job Description
To manage and optimize all internal services, including IT systems, Odoo ERP administration, and other core business platforms. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of internal operations, acting as a key link between system requirements and operational needs to support seamless internal processes and overall organizational efficiency. Additionally, these well-optimized internal services can be leveraged to enhance and deliver value-added solutions to customers when required.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Internal Team-Focused Responsibilities:
IT Administration
- Manage Microsoft 365 services ( Exchange, licenses, Sharepoint,…etc.)
- Manage Network (Access, VLANS, etc.)
- Mange access control and CCTV.
ERP Administration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Odoo ERP system management, including user support, troubleshooting,
- and module optimization.
- Implement ERP customizations on ERP workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Regular backups and restoration.
- Train internal teams on ERP workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Acts as the liaison between external service providers (e.g., Odoo partners) and internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment of services with company goals.
Service Innovation:
- Develop strategies to integrate IT and ERP functionalities into customer-facing services.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in service delivery.
Customer-Focused Responsibilities:
Service Portfolio Management:
- Develop and manage service offerings, including subscriptions, licenses, and support services.
- Analyze customer needs and feedback to improve and expand service options.
- Monitor service performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, renewal rates, etc.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends in service models.
- Benchmark against competitors and propose strategies for differentiation.
