Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technology sales or account management, preferably in IoT, automation, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise or government accounts.
Skills / Knowledge
- Proactive, creative, self-motivated and goal oriented with attention to detail.
- Verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of people (both internal and external).
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Actively listen to targeted customers requirements and close deals.

Job Description
To develop and manage client accounts across AIoT verticals, including smart buildings, manufacturing, server rooms, and critical environments. The role includes identifying use-case opportunities, managing pre-sales efforts, closing deals, and acting as the key interface between clients and technical teams to deliver tailored AIoT solutions.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Develop and grow accounts by promoting Onsor’s AIoT product lines (MADA Edge, MADA Cloud, MADA BI, etc.) across target verticals.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions using Onsor’s modular platform capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities, use-case gaps, and expansion potential within existing client ecosystems.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during sales and onboarding phases.
- Coordinate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handover to delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across public and private sectors.
- Provide client feedback to the product and commercial teams to refine use-cases and market positioning.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and provide pipeline visibility to senior management.
- Support proposal creation, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Stay up-to-date on competitive offerings, pricing trends, and emerging technologies in IoT/AIoT.
