Qualifications and Experience:
• Fresh Graduates
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of operations, process coordination, project execution, or production support.
• Ability to working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Familiarity with procurement workflows and documentation processes.
• Exposure to manufacturing, assembly, or compliance/certification environments is an advantage.
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, track progress, and escalate issues efficiently.

• Strong coordination and communication skills to bridge gaps between departments.
• High attention to detail with solid documentation and organization habits.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, delays, and bottlenecks.

Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to act as the bridge between internal operations and external departments. This role will support process improvement, procurement alignment, and the execution of our “Made in Oman” initiative, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across local production activities.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between operations and external departments to ensure clear communication and workflow.
• Track and escalate delays, bottlenecks, or discrepancies across operations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and drive SOP implementation.
• Serve as the focal point for procurement tasks and maintain alignment with the procurement team.
• Ensure all documentation is organized, stored correctly, and up to date; gather and track all performance reports for production, logistics, and quality.
• Lead and manage the “Made in Oman” initiative:
• Research and implement certification requirements for local compliance.
• Coordinate with Omani authorities and certification bodies to secure approvals.
• Set up and optimize local assembly lines and quality checkpoints.
• Manage day-to-day local device production.
• Develop work instructions, assembly guides, and testing procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics for required documentation and shipping.
• Track production progress, certification status, and compliance.
• Implement continual improvements to local production setups.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing teams to align production standards.
